We invest a few minutes each morning, where ever we are and for a long as we like, at sunrise (or upon rising). We simply vision, meditate, pray, or use our incredible imaginations and focus on the world we love. It’s that simple!
We have a cool Sunrise Daily App that gives you all the tools you need to connect, participate, and inspire others. It includes your exact local sunrise time, alarms, timer, your activity history, and global participation. You can even see how many are live with you!
After you luxuriate in your vision and, if comfortable, share it on our private Facebook group to amplify the impact. We also suggest you read and enjoy posts from others to multiply the energy which creates greater change to the quantum field of consiousness.
