OUR PURPOSE
is to build a global community to energise and vision “the world we love”
… to influence
consciousness
and shift it
towards the
light.
Sunrise Daily started from a chat with a girlfriend about her morning rountine and has become a vehicle for global change.
Our online community understands their impact on consciousness, through their thoughts, words and actions. This initiative is not about denying negative aspects of life such as wars, climate, human inflicted harm, injustice and reduced freedoms. It is to provide a way to shift the focus from what we don’t love, to what we love.
The world could do with this right now, especially given the issues and level of suffering being experienced. The end result we are seeking is to reach critical mass and shift the quantum field of consciousness. As a community, we know this practice empowers the ‘light’ and disempowers the ‘dark’. Coming from love is our foundational premise.
How You Can Get Involved
Get the App and Start
A good way to get going is to do our Seven Day Challenge.
- At sunrise (or upon arising), vision, meditate, pray or imagine the world you love.
- Go to our private FB page and post a short description of that vision (add an image if you like)
- Read the posts of others and feel their visions
After seven days, review the benefits and keep going!
Share this initiative with family and friends
We are looking to hit critical mass… the tipping point. Invite people to join us by simply sending them a link to our website or Facebook group. Remember to include loved ones from across the globe. Our strength is in our numbers.

The Sunrise Daily Practice
This section is for those who want ALL the details… the nitty gritty. Perfect for the process nerds. Enjoy!
- PREPARE – set your alarm on your Sunrise Daily App to ensure you have enough time prior to your local sunrise time. (note – the light show before sunrise is not to be missed, hence why we have alarms up to 1 hour prior to that time). Check the App to see how many others are already live and join them! (App coming May 2022)
- VISION – At sunrise (your local time) open your App and click START. Commence visioning, dreaming, meditating or imagining ‘the world you love’. Luxuriate in it. Pour energy into your vision. See it, feel it, and live it in your imagination. When you are done, click STOP on your App (how simple is that?!)
- SHARE – Express your vision into words to amplify and bring it to life. Words have great power for both the writer and the reader. Be generous, share your vision with our like-minded community on the Sunrise Daily Facebook Group (It’s easy and impossible to get wrong… after all, it is simply a description of the world you see in your vision)
- READ – Enjoy the Facebook posts from others to multiply the power of their visions. Soak up what people share and let your imagination dance. Don’t underestimate the power of this step. (what would happen if all of us did this?)
- FEEL – Take the shared visions into your heart and deeply feel the love and potential of the world we love. The more we soak in the visions the bigger the impact on the quantum field (it certainly beats listening to the nightly news).
- REVIEW – Check the App for your personal activities including total time achieved daily, weekly and overall, plus average minutes per session. Additionally, you can look at the global impact of the last 24 hours including number of active participants, number of hours visioning and average session time. We will see this number increase as this movement spreads globally. Our team will add a visual of the globe showing a heat map of our contributors. (App coming May 2022)
